CALL FOR PAPERS
Dear Colleagues and friends,
I am very pleased to send you the Call for Papers for the 3rd International Conference
on Intelligent Networks and Intelligent Systems (ICINIS2010) in Shenyang, China.
The ICINIS2010 is organized by the INASS and Shenyang Ligong University. The INASS,
the Intelligent Networks and Systems Society, is a professional association for the
advancement of intelligent technology and it devotes to promote the engineering process
of creating, developing, integrating, sharing, and applying knowledge about intelligent
science and information technologies for the benefit of humanity and the profession.
PAPER SUBMISSION:
The ICINIS2010 calls for research papers that report original techniques and approaches,
new results and system developments in exciting and dynamic fields of intelligent
networks and intelligent systems. Prospective authors are invited to submit manuscripts
written in English (4 pages, normally). All submissions will be peer-reviewed by experts
in the field based on originality, significance, quality, and clarity. Authors should use
the IEEE CS proceedings templates (obtained from the conference site) to format their
papers. Authors should electronically submit PDF files of their manuscripts via email.

May 20th, 2010: Deadline for PAPER SUBMISSION
June 20th, 2010: Notification of acceptance
July 20th, 2010: Advanced author registration
August 8th, 2010: Submission online due

The ICINIS2010 is world-widely open to researchers in all regions of the world.
Proposals for special sessions are welcome. Papers with original work in all
aspects of Intelligent Networks and Intelligent Systems are welcome.

Also, the ICINIS2010 proceedings will be published by the IEEE Computer Society and

papers in the proceedings, will be selected from and published in the special issue
of the International Journal of Intelligent Engineering and Systems (IJIES) on the
expansion and revision of the papers.

Call for Special Session Proposals:
ICINIS2010 organizing committee encourages the submission of Special Session proposals.
Each proposal should focus on a topic related to intelligent networks and intelligent
systems. The Special Session proposal must not exceed 2 pages and the inclusion of the
information below is mandatory:
- Title of the Special Session
- Brief description of your Special Session.
- Brief biography of the Special Session organizer.
- Email address for receiving paper submissions.
Important Issues:
a) A Special Session should comprise at least five (5) papers.
b) The papers submitted to the Special Session will follow the same standard review
process as the regular conference papers
